CMS PHP
Posted: 18th Sep 2009
As clients of Haloweb will know, we have been working with content management systems for the last 4-5 years, designing CMS powered websites and supporting them.
Well we are launching a new face to Haloweb which is CMS PHP - a very specific service that designs templates for a website, installs them in to any PHP based CMS, and provides ongoing support for £15.00 per month (or $20.00 /pm).
The site has just gone live, in fact it took us just 1 day to design, build and integrate in to Halogy thanks to the new Halogy Template Import tool (we'll cover this shortly)!
New Site Launched - Philo Trust
Posted: 5th Sep 2009
We are proud to announce the launch of a new site which we have been working on for the last 3-4 months. It is the Philo Trust and is powered by Halogy, features a Shop, Events module, and lots more... check it out!
Headlines Module for Halogy
Posted: 28th Aug 2009

We have recently been working for a client called the Philo Trust building their new site in Halogy. In their brief they requested site-wide feeds from modules such as Shop and Events. In other words they wanted to be able to have a sidebar which always showed what was in their cart, what events are upcoming and what blog posts are recent.
Halogy Donations Module
Posted: 19th Aug 2009

We have just been working on a donations module for Halogy where shoppers are asked whether they want to add a donation to their shopping cart. Upon doing so the donation is simply added to the checkout.
Also the module enables websites to have a donations page where they can make a donation separately and use Gift Aid (so the organisation can benefit from claiming back the tax). So this could be a really useful feature for charities and organisations needing donations.
The Charity Sector
Posted: 10th Aug 2009

Recently we have been doing a lot of work in the charity sector and I just thought I'd share what we've been working on lately. A lot of clients we have are charities who really need websites that can capture the details of their visitors, track what they look at and have effective calls to action - usually to a donations page. We have been building modules on to Halogy that do this.
Halogy Wiki
Posted: 17th Jul 2009

Recently we have been developing a Wiki for Halogy. What's so great about a Wiki is that your community help you develop the pages inside. So you might need a load of documentation written, or you might want to write about a recent project that involved lots of people. Well with a Wiki - everyone can be involved with the writing and this saves you a lot of time!

Halogy Private Beta
Posted: 7th May 2009
Halogy CMS is starting it's private beta program - get involved by visiting the Halogy site and registering your email.
Halogy is a powerful new CMS which gives website administrators a really easy-to-use system that updates content, blogs, shop, wiki, forums and loads more. The beta program enables people to test the CMS out with their website and benefit from being a part of this exciting new web app. We'll launch the public beta over the summer.
Thanks to all those who have shown interest already.
